Ingredients:
- 2 TB Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Smashed
- 12oz. Tomatoes, diced with juice
- 1 TB Tomato Paste
- Pinch of Dried Oregano
- Pinch of Freshly Ground Pepper
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
- Heat oil over medium heat
- Add garlic cloves and saute for 2 minutes
- Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Stir until tomato paste is dissolved
- Add herbs, salt, and spices
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes
