The Easiest Bark Recipe--Ever



Simply melt semisweet chocolate chips and pour into a greased jelly roll pan.  Spoon on creamy peanut butter and use a toothpick to swirl it in.  Refrigerate for 1 hour then break into bits!

Holiday Baking

Several years ago Martha Stewart's December issues had variation on one dough that made a million (my exaggeration) different cookies: variations of spritz, sugar, refrigerator, thumbprints, etc.  I think this is about the third year that I used it as the basis of my Christmas cookies.

Fresh Mint at the Farmer's Market

  1. Muddle mint in the bottom of a whiskey glass
  2. Add 1 ounce simple syrup
  3. Add 3 ounces of Bourbon
  4. Add 1 ounce of lemon juice
  5. Serve over crushed ice

Catfish Courtbouillon (pronounced: Coo-boo-yon)

This was the perfect meal to celebrate our first trip to the farmer's market this year.  Delish with fresh tomatoes!
