Seasoned and Shredded Chicken

  • 2 TB vegetable oil
  • 3 TB chopped whole onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • salt to taste
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the vegetables and fry on low heat for about 5 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the shredded chicken and salt and continue cooking until the mixture is well seasoned and almost dry.
