- 2 TB vegetable oil
- 3 TB chopped whole onion
- 1 large tomato
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the vegetables and fry on low heat for about 5 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Add the shredded chicken and salt and continue cooking until the mixture is well seasoned and almost dry.
