Pico de Gallo



Ingredients:
  • 4 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • Handful of cilantrol
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
Directions:
  • Dice up all the produce pretty small.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • It's better if you make it ahead of time and give the flavors time to meld together
