I found this
recipe online this morning and it sounded so yummy I had to try it.
I substituted
challah for the sour dough, and made my own
vinaigrette, since I didn't have all the ingredients called for in the house. The rosemary gave the bread a nice little kick.
And for once my poached eggs turned out decent!
my eggs are always a mess if I do them like that!
