Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 TB sugar
- 1 TB cocoa powder
For whipped topping:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- While coffee is percolating make whipped cream by beating the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on medium speed, until stiff peaks start to form.
- Pour coffee into large mug
- Heat milk for about 30 seconds in the microwave, and stir into coffee.
- Stir in sugar and chocolate.
- Top with whipped cream
