- 1 LB green beans
- 2 slices bacon, cut up
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 TB vinegar
- 1 TB sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Cook beans in boiling water until tender.
- Drain.
- Meanwhile cook backon in small skillet until crisp and drain on paper towels.
- Saute onion in bacon dripping until tender.
- Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Heat to boiling.
- Stir into green beans.
- Sprinkle baking on top.
