
 Ingredients:  
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
 - 4 TB flour
 - 3 TB fresh rosemary, chopped
 - Garlic powder to taste
 - Salt to taste
 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste
 - 3 TB butter
 - 2 cups hot milk
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
 
- In a small bowl combine flour, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Line a buttered, 2 quart baking dish with 1/3 of the potatoes.
 - Sift over one half of the flour mixture.
 - Add another layer of potatoes.
 - Sift over the other half of the flour mixtures.
 - Cover with the remaining potatoes.
 - Dot with butter, and pour over hot milk.
 - Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
 - Uncover, sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake, uncovered for 15 more minutes.
